For the last few days I have been digging up info on hostican. I know they are an older company that rebranded their name, they used to be known as IndexCore. Hostican, the name they “wear” now is about 8 months old and they are a Cpanel host. (Yes, I got some inside info).

What is strange is that although they are pretty old they don’t have too much reviews. Maybe that’s because people always write when they have problems. It’s easier to complain than say something good and we all know it. I’m looking forward to testing them and see how they go, I have trust in them even their plans seem a little big - reseller plans look better – they seem to have them backed up by pricing.

Writing this post, I just caught them doing a promo, they will buy your existing hosting account with another host for up to $40 if you go with them.

Oh yeah, they even got an affiliate blog (http://blog.hostican.com) and their knowledgebase is not bad either (it’s one of the things that impressed me in the first place). Yes, it’s me there on their blog.
