Not suitable for shared hosting - Taken down by success
Some find out the hard way that their site is no longer suitable for shared hosting. Same thing happened to them. They definitely need a dedicated server now. It’s a clear example of “Taken down by success”.
~1000 unique visitors per day might not be much but when you get lots of hits …oh brother, so it’s better not to jump to fast conclusions about hostmonster. I’ll try to get in touch with the guys at E* to see their point of view on this and to wish them best of luck
This can happen to all of us some day so remember to try to monetize your site in the best way you can so at the point you get kicked of shared hosting you have the money (and knowledge?) to move to a dedicated server … or two …

Well i guess its kinda good to be kicked off of shared hosting.. It means your site is massive!
I hope they still have backups etc. It would of been nicer for the hosting company to give them a week to move and stuff, i wouldnt mind it much then as i can understand their point of view.

Since you are using wordpress, before going to dedicated hosting you should try using
wp-cache.

That’s a good advice too but myself, I already have all the resources I need for now

this just recently happened to me! My site was down for 3 days while my so called “host” was screwing around.
I ended up moving to a VPS, but I have discovered that one can lose many regular visitors in 3 days time.
