I canceled because I just wanted to test the service but I'll be back soon on their biggest unmanaged plan. About the transfer ...as you could see ...you can do close to 1MB/s (4kb x 225) easy but if you got something using less resources you can do about 4MB/s. I don't know how this would help you as php and mysql applications usually eat more resources that this VPS has when you have lots of visitors at the same time but it also depends on the way you tweak your apache / php / mysql. I think you can also request a 7day free trial ...
