Salvia

Salvia divinorum’s reputation has rocketed in recent months as it becomes more famous – or arguably more infamous – amongst the press, media and politicians that would try to ban it. Ironically enough the wide coverage given to salvia has only succeeded in making more people aware that it is out there and completely legal; the simple fact of the matter is that its previous obscurity was one of the greatest barriers to its mass take up. The obscurity has now gone and smoking salvia popularity goes from strength to strength.

But what exactly does Salvia do to your body? That’s a surprisingly difficult question to ask, and I can’t hope to give a definitive answer. Salvia, you see, provides subjective results. Some may giggle hysterically; others may feel like they’re falling into the ceiling; others still might have outer-body experiences; still others will simply hallucinate.

Factors such as how much Salvia you take, how quickly you take it, and what mood you’re in before hand can all have a profound effect on the final results of your drug taking. All of the above mentioned effects – and more – have been experienced by users across the world.

If variety is the spice of life then Salvia is very, very spicy indeed!
