Home Based Business Lifestyle
Even when running a home based business it might be necessary to bring in some extra help. If having an employee (or more than one employee) running around your house doesn’t sound like something you could abide with, then consider letting them telecommute: a home based business within your own home based business.
This approach – taken by Matt and Stacy Williams, for example – requires dedicated and motivated staff that are willing to communicate. The Williams believe they have solved all the potential problems that telecommuting brings simply by allowing staff the flexibility that their lifestyles deserve.
The systems that the team have in place help to facility efficient communication: these tools are a virtual phone system, a Web-based extranet, and a virtual conference calling centre. While it is not the case that a few simple tools will save all your home based business staffing woes, it could be that it alleviates some of the problems before they arise.

Good for them, and long may their home based business prosper. […]
