It always pays to be a ever so slightly vigilant when you are choosing software to put on your computer; it is especially important when you want to put some filesharing software on your computer. Not only is it imperative that you DO NOT get any software with adware or viruses in it (Ares Destiny DOES include adware. Be very careful!) but you also want the right software for your needs.

I had decided, rather reluctantly if the truth be told, to change my filesharing program. I knew that I wanted to stick with a version of Ares (this is by far the best network if only because of its sheer size). The problem emerged when I found out that there were lots and lots of different versions of Ares available. I needed some help. Fortunately a good friend of mine knew as little as I did about differentiating between the versions, but he did know about a very useful website called OfficialAres.com.

OfficialAres.com is a site dedicated to all things relating to Ares filesharing software and music sharing in general. Their reviews section is quite simply the most useful section of any website that I have seen for some time.
